Will Baltimore join other cities in closing streets to promote social distancing?

Del. Robbyn Lewis would like to see Baltimore join a growing list of U.S. cities that have shut down roads to promote exercise while practicing social distancing. But Baltimore’s transportation officials aren’t on board with the idea.
