The largest floating dry dock in Norfolk, Virginia, the Titan, will arrive at the dock at Tradepoint Atlantic in eastern Baltimore County on Thursday for a five-month repair job, ushering in what officials hope will be a new era of vessel maintenance in Sparrows Point.
