‘A sign of the times’: Catonsville, Arbutus and Towson groups cancel Christmas tree lighting events, but Santa will ride on

While string lights may adorn Christmas trees in Catonsville, Arbutus and Towson, the crowds of families that usually gather during tree-lighting festivities to sip hot cocoa and greet Santa as he arrives will not be there.
