Payroll problems that shortchanged some Baltimore employees closer to being fixed, officials say

A self-imposed deadline to fix Baltimore’s employee payroll problem came and went Friday. City officials reported making significant strides to correct the issue which has caused hundreds of city employees to be shortchanged on pay.
