‘We go perfect together’: CIAA basketball tournament is coming to Baltimore, bringing spirit and tourism with it

The CIAA tournament is coming north to Baltimore, bringing alumni, athletes, students and other supporters to play, watch, party at an event that’s part basketball, part multi-HBCU reunion, part culture and fashion show.
