Maryland attorney general’s report finds officers were not in fleeing driver’s path in White Marsh police shooting

Baltimore County officers were not in the path of a fleeing driver’s car when a detective shot and killed the man, according to an investigative report from the Maryland Attorney General’s Office released Thursday.
