Two shot, one stabbed Sunday in Baltimore

While floodwaters ravaged parts of Baltimore and surrounding areas Sunday, two people were shot and one was stabbed, police said. A 58-year-old man was stabbed multiple times near the 500 block of E. Preston St. around 3 p.m. He was taken to the hospital, where he is listed in critical condition….
