Laurel police have arrested and charged a 48-year-old man with murder in connection with the June killing of another man. Maury Wayne Harris, of Laurel, was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree murder in the death of 47-year-old Sik Kim, according to the Laurel Police Department. …
