Baltimore County police charge man in death of 50-year-old

Baltimore County police have charged a Northwest Baltimore man with murder after a 50-year-old man was found dead on a sidewalk in Essex in June.

Tavon Malik Edwards, 19, of the 3100 block of Bancroft Road in Cross Country, was charged with first-degree murder in Howard Vermont Blevins’ death.
