A Baltimore County police sergeant beat a man in a precinct holding cell. He was reprimanded for swearing.

Baltimore County Police internal affairs investigators found a sergeant repeatedly punched a prisoner. But a board of three officers reprimanded him only for “inappropriate and profane language.”
