Finlayson will kick off her campaign on July 1 by stopping at several locations throughout her ward and the city that she’s helped establish since she joined the council in 2007, including the Wiley H. Bates Legacy Center, Kenneth R. Dunn Municipal Pool at Truxtun Park and Annapolis Walk Community Center.
