Baltimore brothers charged with murder after 13-year-old was fatally shot, five injured at Rosedale shopping center

A Baltimore man and teenager have been charged with first degree murder and five counts of attempted murder after police say they fatally shot a boy and injured five others, including four children, at Kenwood Shopping Center in March.
