Baltimore County library’s Storyville play-and-learn spaces are back open at branches in Woodlawn and Rosedale

Baltimore County Public Library branches in Woodlawn and Rosedale reopened their popular Storyville play spaces on Monday for the first time since the start of the pandemic, featuring new hours, capacity limits and safety procedures.
