Baltimore County makes headway on some sustainability projects, while coronavirus pandemic stalls others

The county is moving ahead with sustainability efforts even though the coronavirus upended timelines for several goals Steve Lafferty had outlined after stepping into the role of sustainability officer last year. He also expects the economic impact of the pandemic to challenge sustainability efforts.
