Baltimore County’s post office problems include shoeboxes full of backlogged mail, perishables eaten by rodents, congressman says

Six weeks after a regional Postal Service spokeswoman said delivery had returned to normal, Baltimore County U.S. Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger says he’s receiving an unprecedented level of constituent complaints, and that delivery issues – and his own frustration – have reached a breaking point.
