Baltimore DPW lifts regional water restriction as Parkville pumping facility becomes operational

City officials said Wednesday their plea for residents of the Baltimore metro area to limit excessive water use has been lifted, ending a voluntary restriction order since mid-July when a pumping station located in Baltimore County caught fire.
