Broadneck’s Olivia Mellynchuk, Severna Park’s Charlie Herman were unbeatable as 2023 Capital Gazette tennis Players of the Year

Broadneck’s Olivia Mellynchuk was an unbeaten state girls singles champion. Severna Park’s Charlie Herman was county boys singles champion and a state boys doubles runner-up. They are the 2023 Capital Gazette Tennis Players of the Year.
