Catonsville golf club attorneys call request to downzone land illegal; planning staff recommends no change

Rolling Road Golf Club leadership and representing attorneys said a proposal to downzone the club’s land in Oella is illegal, accusing the Baltimore County Councilman who filed it of deleveraging land owners for the county’s gain.
