Community effort to kill affordable housing project in East Towson blocked; Radcliffe Plaza open for mixed-use development

Baltimore County’s Fifth District, which includes Towson, saw the most rezoning requests through the county’s Comprehensive Zoning Map Process that drew to a close Tuesday night when the County Council voted to adopt the new map.
