‘He was always ready to smile.’ Family, friends remember Westminster teen who died from a gunshot wound in Dundalk.

On Wednesday, mourners will pay respects and share stories about 15-year-old Tom Pfoff, a Westminster High School freshman who died Jan. 17 from a gunshot wound sustained in a Dundalk home. Funeral services will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex in Baltimore.
