Northeast’s Caitlyn Cornwell, who had record-setting season, is named Capital Gazette 2023 softball Player of the Year

Northeast’s Caitlyn Cornwell set the state single-season stolen base record with 60, breaking the former mark of 44. She hit .580 on the season and has been named the 2023 Capital Gazette softball Player of the Year.
