Supporting cast helps River Hill girls basketball knock off Reservoir to capture 3A East Region II title

Four players scored in double figures, including a career-high 14 points and 16 rebounds from Caroline Duffy, to help River Hill beat Reservoir 59-47 for the 3A East Region II championship on Wednesday, March 4.
