‘The Wire’ actor says a Baltimore County educator sexually abused him 29 years ago, and faults the school system’s response to his allegations

James Ransone, an actor who has starred in The Wire and It 2, says he was sexually abused by a current Baltimore County Public Schools middle school teacher when he was a student about 29 years ago, but the school system ignored his attempt last year to have the teacher removed.
