They began a music blog in a dorm room. Now The Demo Tape is a fixture on Baltimore’s blogging, podcasting scene.

Jordan “BDJ” Taylor and Justice “Rez” Gray came up with an idea that would forever change their lives. They went to create a music, sports and culture blog called The Demo Tape. Since 2015, The Demo Tape has had the Baltimore music blogging landscape in a vice grip, creating new opportunities for local hip-hop, R&B; artists and other Black creatives to get exposed to the general public.
